Time-blocked schedule
Morning, afternoon, evening and more - each slot with its own compounds and food rules.
A time-blocked daily schedule, curated interaction and timing intelligence, and an efficacy layer that tells you whether a compound is actually working. Precise, private, on-device.
Under the hood
Most apps remind you to take a supplement. Augment understands why the sequence matters. Fat-soluble vitamins need a food window. Iron and calcium compete for the same transporter. Caffeine blunts creatine uptake in some protocols. Augment maps your stack against a curated interaction and timing dataset and surfaces the conflicts before they cost you results.
Each compound carries its food posture: with fat, with food, fasted, or anytime. The schedule knows.
Synergies and separations across 40+ curated pairs, flagged in the Timing tab with a plain-language reason.
Log how you feel, tag biomarker targets, and track whether a compound is moving the needle over time.
On-cycle and off-cycle phases per compound, so rest days drop out of the schedule automatically.
Built for protocols
Daily schedule
Your stack is organized into named dose slots - Morning, With Breakfast, Afternoon, Evening, Before Bed - each with its own compounds and food rules. Check off each dose with a single tap. The adherence ring tracks the whole day in one number.
Interaction intelligence
The Timing tab maps your stack against a curated dataset of interaction pairs. Synergies are highlighted so you can stack them. Separations get a plain-language reason and a spacing suggestion so you know what to do, not just that something is wrong.
Efficacy tracking
Log how you feel across energy, focus, mood, sleep, and recovery. Tag biomarker targets per compound and record periodic readings. The Insights tab correlates your adherence with your logged effects so you stop guessing and start knowing.
The idea
A reminder app tells you when. Augment tells you why the when matters, and gives you the evidence to check whether it is working. Most supplement trackers are pill-reminder apps wearing a health coat. Augment is built from the protocol up.
Fat-soluble vitamins taken fasted have lower absorption. Iron and calcium taken together compete and cancel. Magnesium before bed supports sleep onset in ways that morning dosing does not. The schedule exists to express these rules, not to be a to-do list.
You cannot know if a compound is working if you never record baseline data and never log how you feel. The efficacy layer is the missing half of every supplement habit - the feedback loop that turns a stack into a protocol.
Your supplement stack, biomarker logs, and feel data are personal. Augment keeps all of it on-device and never uploads it. If you choose to export, you hold the file.
Augment tracks your regimen and surfaces timing information from the literature. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. Everything it shows is information for you to act on with your own judgement, and optionally with your doctor.
Everything in one tracker
Morning, afternoon, evening and more - each slot with its own compounds and food rules.
Curated synergy and separation pairs surfaced from your actual stack, with reasons.
Log energy, focus, mood, sleep and recovery. See if your stack is moving the needle.
Daily ring, streak counter, and per-slot adherence at a glance without counting manually.
Compound catalog with sensible defaults: dose, unit, form, food rule, and cycle settings.
Tag goals (energy, bone density, sleep, immunity) per compound and log periodic readings.
Your health data stays on the phone. Nothing about your stack is uploaded anywhere.
Works without a connection, every time. Your schedule does not depend on a server being up.
Good to know
No. Augment tracks your regimen and shows timing and interaction information sourced from the literature. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition. Everything it surfaces is information for you to act on with your own judgement - and with your doctor if relevant. The app includes a clear disclaimer on this point.
No. All of your data - your stack, dose records, feel logs, biomarker notes - lives entirely on your device. There is no backend server, no account, and no sync. If you uninstall the app, your data is deleted with it. If you want to keep it, you can export a copy before uninstalling.
The interaction dataset is a curated set of compound pairs drawn from published pharmacology and nutritional science literature. It covers absorption relationships (fat-soluble vitamins, shared transporters), timing interactions (caffeine and creatine uptake), and known synergies (D3 and K2). It is updated in app updates and is not connected to a live database.
Yes, all of it. Your daily schedule, dose check-ins, the timing intelligence, the efficacy layer with bloodwork, advanced insights and the export. No Pro tier, no ads.
No. Augment is entirely offline-first. Your schedule, interaction data, and history are all stored on-device. An internet connection is never required for normal use.
The efficacy layer lets you log how you feel across dimensions like energy, focus, mood, sleep quality, and recovery. You can tag individual compounds with biomarker goals and record periodic readings. Over time, the Insights tab shows your adherence alongside your logged effects so you can see whether your stack is producing the outcomes you intended.
Yes. Each compound can have an on-cycle and off-cycle schedule. On rest days, those compounds drop out of the daily schedule automatically. You can set the cycle length per compound.
A reminder app tracks when you took something. Augment understands why the timing matters - food windows, absorption interactions, compound-level cycle phases - and closes the feedback loop by letting you record whether the protocol is producing results. It is built from the protocol up, not the alarm up.
